A Message from Pat Lovell
For those of you that don’t know me, I’m Pat Lovell and I have been involved in Niche Marketing and have operated my Internet Business for over 11 years. I started on the Internet in 1998 and coincidentally, the same year Google came onto the scene. I quickly saw the potential of search engines and found it to be a challenge to get my sites listed in the search rankings. Better yet, I found it pretty easy to get my sites ranked quickly and easily.
Early on, I worked mostly for clients and managed their websites and search marketing campaigns. This was very motivating in the sense that I was being paid very well for keeping my clients at the top of the search engines for their targeted keywords and my clients were making a lot of money.
I’m a statistics and analysis geek, so I kept track of everything I did for my clients and this enabled me to keep on top of Google’s changes over the years. Fast forward to 2003 and the inception of Google Adsense, this is where I found out that Niche Marketing was very profitable.
My work with content sites and Google Adsense gave me a big insight into Niche Marketing as I saw how focused Google was on providing good results for their searchers. Tightly focused niches are definitely one of the ways to get good search rankings and to create products for.
I started developing my own system of content websites that were geared towards contextual advertising and affiliate products in 2006 and have produced 5 different versions of the software. The software has evolved as the search engines and niche marketing has evolved.
In 2007, I started teaching at workshops and seminars and have taught thousands of people how to develop profitable niche marketing businesses. Niche Toolbox is a culmination of all my experience and is setup for both beginners and advanced niche marketers.
